We’re excited to be exploring a new online rink booking system with the potential to implement it for the start of the 2026 summer season! Right now, we’re running a pilot project to fine-tune and test it to make sure it fits our club’s needs perfectly. If the pilot is successful, we aim to have everything up and running well before the season kicks off, giving you plenty of time to sign up and join training sessions on how to use the system.

To help ease any worries about switching to this new booking system, we’ve put together a handy list of frequently asked questions (FAQs). These cover common concerns and, should the pilot project be successful, make your move to online booking as easy as possible.

The rest of the items on this page are meant just for the members who’ve volunteered to take part in the pilot. If you try to register right now, your request won’t be processed. But feel free to check out the How-To video and manual at the bottom of the page to get to know the system’s features and how it works.

If you forget your Username, please do not attempt to create a new account with a similar name (for example, using "David Smith" instead of "Dave Smith"), as this will not be authorised. Instead, contact the administrator directly. They will verify your identity and provide you with your correct Username.

If you forget your Password, simply click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login screen. Follow the step-by-step instructions to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.
