The Rink Diary project has been approved and an account has been set up for the Club.

We have configured the system ready for testing and the working group members have started registration.

Working Group

Several members (14) have been invited to join the working group, and those who have accepted so far are listed below.

Invitations were carefully chosen to ensure the group represents the broader membership, considering the following factors:

• Level of comfort with change, especially regarding IT and online processes
• Diverse age groups and varying lengths of membership
• Confidence to admit when they don’t understand something
• Willingness to speak up if they disagree with any aspect

At this stage, we are not seeking additional volunteers to join the working group. However, rest assured that we will reach out if more members are needed in the future!
