If you forget your Username, don’t try to create another account in a slightly different name (e.g. David Smith instead of Dave Smith), as this will not be authorised. Instead, contact the administrator, who will confirm your identity and remind you of your Username.

If you forget your Password, use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login screen, and follow the instructions to reset it. 

Note: You are booking the number of rinks that you want to use, not the actual rink numbers, as these will be assigned on the day, as is the current practice.
